How long do you play for?
We can play for between 1 to 4 hours with 15 min breaks between each 45 minute set. Our standard recommendation is to book us for 2 hours, consisting of two 45-minute sets, but we can be flexible to you.

What time of day do you play?
Anytime. Very late gigs will be more expensive. Get in touch for a quote.

Which locations/areas do you play in?
We play anywhere within 50 miles of Cardiff, Caerphilly, Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire.

How much do you charge?
Fees will depend on whether you want a trio, quartet or quintet, the length of the gig, time of day, where the venue is & the type of gig. Our costs are quite modest. Ring us and ask for a quote.

How do I make a booking?
Ring us, discuss your needs, tell when and where you want us to play and we will be able to say whether we can do it and how much it will cost. We will then confirm this in an email and ask for a 10% booking deposit which will be part of the gig cost.

Can I have a singer in the band?
No. We don’t currently have a singer in the band.

How loud are we?
We play at a level to suit the social events and will be guided by you. We do have our own amplification setup, so can be pretty self-sufficient outside of just needing a power outlet. We are happy to liaise with your venue or sound engineer as needed.

Do you play outside?
Yes – although we do need adequate cover or the band in case of a rain shower or hot sun. A gazebo will do just fine. We can bring one if this is not available.

When do you need access to the venue?
We would normally arrive 45 mins before the gig starts to ensure we are all ready to start playing and the required time. We could be ready from set up in 20 mins if necessary.

How do we dress?
We dress in smart casual, unless requested otherwise!

How far ahead can I book?
We don’t normally accept bookings greater than about 12 months in advance

What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand problems can arise. A full refund of the deposit will be made if the cancellation is 4 weeks or more from the event date. The full gig fee will be payable if less than a week’s notice ( 7 days or less) is given to cancel the gig.

What are your payment terms?
Deposit by bank transfer to our account. Balance in cash at the end of the gig.

How much room do we need?
We will fit into an area of 4 x 2 metres minimum.

Do we need a map of the venue?
If you provide us with the postcode and if possible the "what3words" of the venue location, we will be able to get there, no problem.
